The service
Ready-Cart is a business-to-business ordering service. It is for businesses and the people who order on their behalf, not for consumers.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under the accounts you create or invite. Tell us right away if you think an account has been compromised.
Your data
You own the catalog, dealer and order data you put into Ready-Cart. We export or delete it on request. See Privacy.
Warranty
Ready-Cart is provided as described on this site and in any written agreement with you. We make no other warranties, express or implied. Where a signed agreement exists, it governs.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
